Mark Saxon, B.Sc. (Hons), GDipAppFin, FAusIMM, MAIG brings over 30 years of global exploration experience, with senior roles in uranium, rare earth elements (REEs), base metals and gold. He has worked across North America, Australia, Europe, holding leadership positions including CEO and board director in public companies such as T2 Metals, Mawson Gold, Tasman Metals, Tinka Resources, Medallion Resources and Gabo Mining Ltd (TSXV: GAB). With a proven track record in critical metals discovery and capital markets operations, Mark is recognized for his technical acumen and strategic leadership in advancing junior and midtier mining ventures. 

Gabriel AlonsoMendoza is the Founder and Managing Partner of Amvest Capital Inc., a natural resourcefocused investment management and corporate finance firm and serves as Interim CEO of GABO Mining Ltd. (TSXV: GAB). He brings 15 years of experience in financial markets and resource investing, having raised and deployed over US $1 billion across mining, energy, and agriculture sectors. Gabriel previously joined the board of Medallion Resources (now GABO Mining) in 2021 and was appointed interim CEO in 2023, leading the company’s efforts to commercialize lowcost rare earth extraction technologies and advance critical mineral processing initiatives. 

Stephen Goodman brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in raising more than US $1 billion across a range of transactions, supporting growth and strategic initiatives for companies in the resource sector and beyond. 

Dr. John Carden is a seasoned geologist with over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and development. He has held senior roles with the U.S. Department of Energy and Magnum Uranium, bringing a deep background in uranium and energy-related projects. As an accomplished geological consultant, Dr. Carden has advised numerous companies across the resource sector, contributing technical expertise and strategic guidance to advance exploration and development initiatives.
