Gabriel AlonsoMendoza is the Founder and Managing Partner of Amvest Capital Inc., a natural resourcefocused investment management and corporate finance firm and serves as Interim CEO of GABO Mining Ltd. (TSXV: GAB). He brings 15 years of experience in financial markets and resource investing, having raised and deployed over US $1 billion across mining, energy, and agriculture sectors. Gabriel previously joined the board of Medallion Resources (now GABO Mining) in 2021 and was appointed interim CEO in 2023, leading the company’s efforts to commercialize lowcost rare earth extraction technologies and advance critical mineral processing initiatives. 

Bob Doyle, CPA, ICD.D is a senior mining finance executive with over 30 years of experience in the resource sector. He has served as CFO for several TSX and NYSE-listed companies, including Pan American Silver, SilverCrest Metals, and Eagle Plains Resources, leading IPOs, M&A transactions, and large-scale project financings. Bob also brings strong board and audit committee experience, with a deep understanding of corporate strategy, governance, and capital markets. 

Anders Hogrelius, PG, RPGeo is the Founder of Hogrelius.com, a geology-focused consultancy specializing in uranium system analysis and targeting. With extensive experience advising early-stage exploration companies, Anders brings technical expertise in uranium prospectivity, strategic exploration planning, and project evaluation across global jurisdictions. 

Willis Blakeslee, PG, RPGeo is the Founder of Terranostra Geologic, a geology consultancy specializing in uranium. With over 20 years of uranium exploration experience across the United States, Willis is recognized as an expert in basinhosted uranium systems, offering technical leadership in geologic targeting, resource modelling, and grassroots to advanced-stage exploration strategy. 

Mr. McMillan is a dynamic senior executive with over twenty years of experience in and around the capital markets building, running, and helping finance public companies. He is well versed in executive management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate communications, community relations, and more, having served in roles such as President, CEO, Director, Vice President Corporate Communications, and Strategic Advisor. To date, he has led and assisted in a number of financing, merger, acquisition, and joint venture transactions, particularly in mining and resources, but also technology and entertainment. He is the founder of McMillan Strategies, Kaypieye Media Inc., and Wokaura Art & Innovations Inc., and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University.
